Job summary

Goodman Tech BPO OPC is seeking a project engineer to deliver Intune and modern workplace projects end to end for a North American MSP. You will scope, build, test, document and hand over to service desk, with night shifts on US Eastern hours.

Responsibilities include Autopilot deployments, Hybrid Azure AD join, Windows 11 migrations, app packaging, CA design, and Graph automation. Metro Manila based with on-site onboarding at our BGC office; strong English required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years endpoint or systems engineering
• 3+ years hands-on Intune
• Two end-to-end Intune/Autopilot projects led
• MSP or multi-tenant delivery experience
• Autopilot harvesting and migration experience
• App packaging with detection/remediation logic
• Designed Conditional Access, not just administered
• PowerShell/Graph scripts authored by you
• Entra ID join states and hybrid identity knowledge
• Fluent spoken English for senior stakeholder communication
• Metro Manila based; on-site onboarding at BGC office; night shift

Responsibilities

• Scope, build, test, document and hand over Intune/modern workplace projects
• Lead Autopilot deployments and device migrations at scale
• Manage Hybrid Azure AD join to Entra join and SCCM co-management transitions
• Plan Windows 10 to 11 migrations and policy strategies
• Create packaging programs with Win32/LOB detection and PSADT
• Develop CA designs and run staged pilots
• Automate with PowerShell and Graph; produce runbooks and tenant docs
• Provide L3 escalation for Intune/Entra ID/Exchange issues when needed
