Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Network Administrator to deliver remote IT support for clients, handling OS, printer, Office apps, and network issues. You’ll manage M365/Azure, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and VPN/VLAN configurations, while collaborating with technicians and vendors.

A 40-hour full-time schedule includes on-call rotations to cover after-hours support. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT support, strong English communication, and MSP exposure; home-office

Qualifications

• Five years IT support or similar role experience.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Experience with Server 2016-2025 and virtualization.
• Experience supporting M365 and Azure; strong Entra Admin Center skills.
• Firewall rules, VLAN, VPN, and network troubleshooting expertise.
• Excellent English communication; able to work full time.
• Preferably MSP experience and active network certifications.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS issues and printer problems with minimal help.
• Handle standard business app issues (Office) and line-of-business apps.
• Support SAGE ERP, QuickBooks and niche apps with vendor help.
• Administer M365, Azure and Entra services; manage network devices.
• Address server, networking issues and act as escalation for technicians.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours/weekend support.
