Job summary

Tarino seeks a Senior Loan Processor to join our established Australian mortgage broking team. This fully remote role sits with onshore and offshore colleagues and offers a clear path to grow as you own files from application to formal approval.

Responsibilities include pricing requests, data entry, document collection, lodging through AOL and lender portals, and maintaining an accurate Mercury Nexus CRM. Applicants should be proactive, highly organized and fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Experience as a loan processor in an Australian mortgage broking business.
• Strong understanding of mortgage broking processes (submission, pricing, servicing, compliance).
• Familiarity with Connective, Mercury Nexus CRM, and AOL is highly preferred; other broking CRMs considered.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of loan files from application through to formal approval, keeping each file moving and up to date.
• Prepare and submit loan applications, including data entry and setting clients up correctly in the system.
• Work closely with the onshore credit team to progress each deal with required documentation.
• Complete pricing requests and lender servicing calculations to support submissions.
• Collect, review and follow up client documents to ensure completeness and compliance before submission.
• Manage lodgement and ongoing updates through AOL and lender portals.
• Keep the Mercury Nexus CRM accurate with clear notes, tasks and status at every stage.
• Proactively chase outstanding items and surface risks and follow-ups.
