Job summary

Tarino is a trusted Australian mortgage broking firm seeking a detail-oriented virtual assistant to support a busy head broker from the Philippines. You will manage the broker’s inbox, calendar, and client communications across the full loan lifecycle, including drafting emails and coordinating meetings.

You will assist loan processing, valuations, and document work, while negotiating rates with lenders and keeping content organized.

Qualifications

• Experience in Australian mortgage broking is essential.
• Comfort with loan processing, valuations, and broker workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English with a professional manner.
• Strong organization and ability to manage inbox and calendar.

Responsibilities

• Own the broker's inbox, calendar, and client communications across the loan lifecycle.
• Draft and send pre-approval, unconditional approval, and settlement emails.
• Coordinate meetings and follow-ups, support loan processing and file admin.
• Handle rate reviews and negotiations with lenders post-settlement.
• Prepare and send agreements and client information promptly.
• Organize social and web content scheduling across platforms.
