Job summary

Beepo is seeking an AU Loan Processor to support Australian Mortgage Brokers remotely from the Philippines. You will handle data entry, loan processing, document assembly, and compliance checks while coordinating with lenders and solicitors for timely settlements.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Australian mortgage support, strong English, and experience with ApplyOnline and CRM tools. A reliable home office with internet and power backup is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting Australian Mortgage Brokers.
• High-level experience with ApplyOnline and at least one major Australian Aggregator CRM (e.g., Salesforc e Salestrekker, Mercury, MyCRM).
• Exceptional written and verbal English.
• Comfortable calling Australian lenders and requesting documents.
• Strong attention to detail to spot inconsistencies in documents.
• Reliable home office setup with good internet, headset, and power backup.

Responsibilities

• Data entry into CRM and loan processing, including preliminary assessments and credit proposals.
• Review of client documents for accuracy; order valuations and upfront credit reports; ensure BID compliance.
• Liaise with BDMs and credit assessors to track progress and manage information requests.
• Coordinate with solicitors and lenders for settlements; conduct post-settlement audits and CRM reviews.
