Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Senior MIS Analyst to translate data into strategic insights and drive automation across reporting streams.

You will own data pipelines, build dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik), and deliver standardized reports to senior leadership, while identifying process improvements and reducing manual work.

The role requires 3–5 years in data analysis or BI, strong Excel/SQL, and a business-focused mindset to scale automated processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or process automation.
• Proven ability to extract data from CMS and optimize manual reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Google Sheets, and call center statistics.
• Experience with Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik for data visualization.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and workflow mapping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual data entry.
• Automate reporting using scripts or workflow tools to cut cycle times and defects.
• Develop centralized data pipelines and standardized reporting procedures.
• Transition reports to predictive and diagnostic analytics for trends.
• Support stakeholders with complex analytical insights and data narratives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and consolidate data into daily, weekly, monthly reports.
