You’ll automate manual reporting, reduce cycle times, and collaborate across departments to ensure data quality and timely decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or process automation.
• Experience extracting data from CMS and optimizing manual reporting to reduce cycle time and defects.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Google Sheets, and knowledge of call center statistics.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual data entry.
• Automate repetitive reporting using scripts or workflow tools.
• Develop standardized templates and centralized data pipelines.
• Create dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to deliver actionable insights.
• Maintain documentation for efficient reporting processes.
