You will transform raw data into strategic models, deliver standardized reports, trend analyses, and performance insights to senior leadership. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential as you scale automated processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or process automation.
• Experience extracting data from CMS and optimizing manual reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Google Sheets; strong call center statistics understanding.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual data entry.
• Automate reporting using scripts or workflow tools to cut cycle time and defects.
• Develop standardized templates and centralized data pipelines for reporting.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik for actionable insights.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources into daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Validate datasets, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate upstream corrections.
