Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or process automation.
• Experience extracting data from CMS and optimizing manual reporting to reduce cycle time and defects.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Google Sheets, and knowledge of call center statistics.
• Experience with Looker, Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau for dashboards.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and process-improvement methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication with senior leadership.
