Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or process automation.
• Proven experience extracting data from CMS and optimizing manual reporting to reduce cycle time and defects.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Google Sheets, and deep understanding of call center statistics.
• Experience with data discovery and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
• Demonstrated capability in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean) to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate reporting, and reduce operational waste.
• Develop standardized templates, centralized data pipelines, and optimized reporting procedures.
• Transform data into predictive and diagnostic analytics to uncover root causes of business trends.
• Support stakeholders with complex analytics and data narratives for leadership.
• Collect data from multiple sources and build dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
