Job summary

Expounder Corp., a direct-to-consumer watch brand, seeks a senior Meta media buyer to scale campaigns and manage large budgets. You’ll own Meta ads strategy, optimize CAC/ROAS, and collaborate with the founder and creative team to drive revenue while maintaining profitability.

The role centers on elite Meta media buying, creative strategy, and ecommerce growth, including account audits, budget allocation, testing, and international expansion.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Meta advertising experience.
• Proven DTC ecommerce scaling experience.
• Personally managed significant Meta budgets.
• Strong evidence of profitable scaling.
• Shopify experience.
• Physical consumer-product experience.
• Advanced creative strategy.
• Strong analytical and commercial knowledge.
• Understanding of CAC, MER, ROAS and contribution profit.
• Understanding of Meta Pixel, CAPI and attribution.
• Excellent spoken/written English.
• Outgoing, friendly and confident communication, leadership-focused.
• Proactive, independent and accountable, leadership role.
• Comfortable challenging founders constructively and respectfully.
• Full-time availability and long-term commitment with no other commitments.

Responsibilities

• Elite Meta Media Buying: auditing, strategy, launches, budgeting, optimization, scaling, attribution, reporting.
• Creative Strategy: develop hooks, concepts, product angles, messaging, testing, and directing production.
• Ecommerce Growth: contribute to marketing strategy, offers, landing pages, pricing, conversion optimization, international expansion, and inventory planning.
