This strategic, client‑facing role requires developing paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and others, and working with internal teams to turn strategy into measurable results.

You’ll own recommendations, challenge assumptions, and pursue opportunities beyond campaign metrics to optimize customer journeys and business economics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in paid media or growth marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta, Google, and TikTok for ecommerce growth.
• Strong client‑facing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid media strategy across major platforms.
• Drive account performance and diagnose issues to improve growth.
• Think beyond the media account to optimize the funnel and offers.
• Lead testing and experimentation with a structured roadmap.
• Partner with Creative to translate data into actionable briefs.
• Own client relationships and present insights to stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities across channels, audiences, and offers.
