Job summary

Megawide Construction Corporation is seeking an experienced Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to lead MEPF coordination on design-build projects in the Philippines. The role emphasizes hands-on review of drawings, QA/QC, and ensuring alignment with contract deliverables and construction drawings.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in construction, strong communication, organization, and people management skills, and a proven ability to supervise multiple trades and deliverables

Qualifications

Must have licensure as Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
Minimum 5 years experience in construction industry.
Excellent oral and written communication; highly organized and assertive.
Analytical, decisive with attention to detail and strong people/project management skills.

Responsibilities

Meets with clients and peer reviewer to discuss MEPF execution during design phase.
Reviews drawings to generate RFIs/RFAs for changes when needed.
Supervises preparation for BOQ and quantity take-off.
Supervises all MEPF activities and ensures timely delivery of outputs.
Maintains site utilities and coordinates with consultants and designers.
