Job summary

DMCI Homes is seeking a licensed Mechanical, Electrical, or Sanitary Engineer with 3+ years of MEPF leadership experience to oversee project coordination in Metro Manila.

The role involves reviewing BIM models, coordinating with design & construction teams, managing RFIs and change orders, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical, Electrical, or Sanitary Engineer required.
• Minimum of 3 years of comprehensive MEPF experience with leadership.
• Experience in scheduling, cost management, and resource allocation to ensure timely, within-budget project completion.
• Proficient in managing project documentation, change orders, and RFIs.

Responsibilities

• Quality Management: audit activities per floor and ensure compliance with drawings and specs; close NCRs.
• Risk & Safety Management: implement safety initiatives, site inspections, PPE adherence.
• Construction Management: review BIM models, coordinate plans, lead subcontractor meetings, issue drawings, track RFIs, manage bills of quantities and procurement, submit weekly progress reports.
• Resource Management: maintain inventory of owner-supplied materials, optimize usage, prepare procurement schedules.
• Subcontract Management: prepare and evaluate change orders and subcontractor billings; ensure compliance with terms.
• Project Financial and Cost Management: track material usage and variation claims; review subcontractor submittals for adherence.
• Coordination & Collaboration: liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for design, material, and scheduling alignment.
