You will inspect contractor and subcontractor works, review construction plans, evaluate contractor billing, and ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. You will coordinate with all contractors, lead or support project teams, read and interpret contracts, read plans, and report progress.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret contract documents and construction plans and specifications.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage site operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Construction Project Engineer for a specific project.
• Inspect works of the contractors and sub-contractors and prepare monitoring of all the works (Civil, Architectural, Structural and MEPFS).
• Review construction plans for compliance and accuracy.
• Evaluate billing of contractors.
• Coordinate with all contractors and ensure quality of their work.
• Manage project team members and report progress to stakeholders.
• Supervise construction and provide quality assurance that work complies with plans and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to the project.
• Possibly supervise on-site operations and interact with contractors, regulatory bodies, owners and consultants.
