Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Sanitary Engineering (Licensed).
At least 6 years of experience in building construction and knowledge on construction management.
Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing project operation with regards to MEPF works.
Prepare RFA/RFI prior to execution.
Coordinate with TSG Supervisor and Surveyor for the site lay out.
Coordinate with Planning Engineer for proper sequence of work.
Estimate MEPF quantities and coordinate with cost engineer.
Conduct daily toolbox meeting with safety supervisor.
Schedule equipment for daily basis and inform subcontractor.
Supervise and train MEPF Engineers.
Review plans in coordination with Technical Support Head and MEPF Head.
Coordinate with Cost Engineer for closeout of accounts.
