Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing or media buying.
• Experience from initial setup to optimization and scaling.
• Proficiency with major paid media platforms.
• Understanding of key metrics and funnels.
• Ability to teach and develop other team members.
• Strong communication of technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide paid media leadership and build team capability.
• Develop advertising networks and traffic source strategies.
• Lead campaign setup, execution and optimization.
• Monitor performance tracking and analysis.
• Coordinate tracking and attribution across tools.
• Direct creative testing and performance decisions.
• Manage budget and scale campaigns.
