Job summary

Konnect Marketing is hiring a full-time Media Buyer to run and scale paid ad campaigns for our agency's clients, primarily lead generation and local service businesses. This hands-on role is based in the Cebu Business Park office and involves building, launching, monitoring, and optimizing Meta and Google Ads campaigns day to day.

You will work with the content and analytics teams to craft compelling ad copy, set up tracking, and deliver structured performance reports.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Ability to read campaign data: CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, frequency.
• Strong client-facing reporting and written English.
• Familiarity with pixel/conversion tracking setup.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads across client accounts.
• Set up and QA campaign structures: audiences, ad sets, creative rotation, tracking.
• Monitor spend and performance; adjust budgets and targeting to hit CPL/CPA targets.
• Write and test ad copy and creative with the content team; run A/B tests.
• Produce weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and next steps.
