Advantage HQ is a tech-enabled growth firm partnering with leading brands to scale profitably through performance marketing and proprietary tech. We are seeking a senior media buyer to lead ecommerce client portfolios, craft growth strategies, and collaborate with analysts and creatives to drive measurable results.

You will own strategy development, optimization, and client relationships, staying ahead of media trends across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more.

Qualifications

6–10 years of experience in growth strategy or digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising.
Proven expertise in media strategy, funnel optimization, offer testing, and creative strategy.
Experience managing senior‑level client relationships with strategic problem‑solving.
Hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising and driving revenue.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

Media Strategy: Develop and implement paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and X.
Funnel Optimization: Analyze the customer journey and improve conversion rates across touchpoints.
Offer Testing: Design and run A/B tests for promos, pricing, and messaging.
Creative Strategy: Lead development of compelling creatives with the creative team to boost conversions.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as primary contact, plan strategically, and ensure client satisfaction.
