The role requires strong English communication, data analytics, and budget stewardship, with exposure to large monthly ad spend and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
• Proficient in creating and analysing performance reports and dashboards.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience handling large client budgets and optimizing ROAS.
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and conversion optimization strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and manage paid campaigns across Meta/Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and other networks.
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies including content, ads, brand sense, CRO, and LTV.
• Maintain client budgets and monitor performance to meet or exceed targets.
• Analyse campaign data weekly and monthly to provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with design and account teams to craft compelling ad content and messaging.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and identify new promotion opportunities.
