About the Role
Are you passionate about data‑driven marketing and maximising the impact of advertising campaigns? We’re looking for a results‑oriented Paid Media Associate to join our team.
In this role, you’ll focus on developing and executing paid media strategies, analysing campaign performance, and continuously optimising for maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media Planning: Contribute to paid media strategy development, recommending channels, targeting strategies, and budget allocation
- Campaign Execution: Set up, launch, and manage campaigns across search, display, social media, and other paid channels
- Creative Testing & Analysis: Collaborate on ad creative, conduct A/B testing, and analyse results
- Performance Reporting: Track key metrics, analyse campaign data, and generate reports
- Research & Development: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging platforms
Requirements
- Strong interest in paid media advertising and performance marketing
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with ability to think outside the box
- Understanding of marketing principles and core metrics
- Proficiency with common ad platforms or a strong aptitude for learning
