We are currently looking for an Operations Lead to join our team. While the role carries an Operations-focused title, we are particularly interested in candidates with a strong Marketing background, especially in Branding, Campaign Management, and Marketing Operations.

Important: The official job title may be subject to change depending on the candidate's background and organizational requirements. However, the overall scope, responsibilities, and expectations of the role will remain substantially the same.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operational initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution of business priorities.
• Develop and implement branding, marketing, and campaign initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from planning and coordination to implementation and monitoring of results.
• Work cross-functionally with different teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience, and overall operational efficiency.
• Monitor performance, provide insights, and recommend strategies to support business growth.

Requirements:

Salary Range: PHP 35,000–40,000 per month
