Qualifications

• 4–7 years in marketing analytics or BI roles at tech/fintech/e‑commerce firms.
• Strong SQL skills and hands‑on experience with BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI).
• Python or R for analysis is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with measurement platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, GA4) and ad platforms.
• Solid grasp of attribution, cohort/retention/LTV analysis.
• Experience with incrementality tests, MMM, or churn models.
• Business sense to align creators, events, and finance goals with metrics.
• Ability to tell a story with data and build executive decks in 10 slides or fewer.
• Stakeholder management and the confidence to push back with evidence.
• Attention to data quality, e.g., correct UTM tagging.
• Comfort delivering a fast 80% answer and a rigorous version later.

Responsibilities

• Partner with each function to define goals and the KPIs that reflect success.
• Work with product, growth, and data engineering to ensure data trust (UTMs, taxonomy, measurement setup).
• Own performance reporting across social, livestream, creators, and events, from pre‑launch to post‑campaign reviews.
• Build an attribution framework linking top‑of‑funnel marketing to revenue outcomes.
• Design and run experiments (holdout, geo, A/B tests) to prove causality.
• Analyze post‑acquisition behavior: cohort retention, lifetime value, churn drivers.
• Turn analysis into actionable recommendations on budget, channel mix, and retention; build executive decks.
