S&P Global Energy is seeking a leadership-minded specialist to advance the Agentic Marketing initiative. You will design, deploy, and optimize AI agents that power marketing workflows and customer insights across global markets.

The role requires extensive experience in MarTech and cross-functional collaboration, plus a track record delivering AI-enabled marketing solutions that integrate with CRM platforms and data sources.

Qualifications

• Experience building, configuring, or deploying AI agents or related AI-enabled applications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technology, marketing tech, or related fields.
• 5+ years in MarTech, AI implementation, or related roles.
• 3+ years translating business use cases into technical requirements.
• Strong knowledge of how marketing platforms connect CRM, automation, data, and analytics.
• Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams and coordinate delivery across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Build and Deploy AI Agents: Design, configure, test, and deploy AI agents that address priority marketing use cases and support measurable business outcomes
• Create and Maintain the Agentic Marketing Roadmap: Establish and maintain a practical roadmap that aligns individual AI agents to the broader marketing roadmap, workflows, priorities, and operating model
• Drive Agentic Portfolio & Use Case Management: Oversee the pipeline of Agentic Marketing initiatives from ideation through deployment, translating business opportunities into actionable requirements
• Orchestrate the Agentic Marketing Ecosystem: Articulate required interactions, dependencies, and touchpoints between agents, marketing workflows, knowledge sources, and CRM/MAP platforms
• Data & Integration Readiness: Define the data, integration, and governance requirements required for agent performance in partnership with technology and business teams
• Testing, QA, & Optimization: Develop testing frameworks and validation plans to assess agent quality, response accuracy, workflow effectiveness, and business impact.
