Job summary

EY is seeking an Agentic Orchestration Lead to design, build, and operate the orchestration layer enabling enterprise-scale multi-agent systems. You will shape the agentic AI approach, ensuring reliable collaboration, reasoning, and action across complex workflows while adhering to security and governance standards.

Leading the technical direction, you will coach engineers, align with AI governance and security teams, and drive the adoption of orchestration SDKs and MCP-based tool registries

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in global IT delivery.
• 3+ years global operations/transformation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement orchestration patterns for agentic systems.
• Build agent communication and task delegation frameworks.
• Define interaction contracts and tool invocation protocols.
• Ensure governance, observability, and security across workflows.
