Job summary

Execo is seeking a Head of Marketing to own all marketing functions. You will shape strategy, planning, brand, and demand generation, including ABM and organic efforts. You will lead a small team, mentor the Marketing Manager, and integrate marketing with sales and delivery to reflect real work.

In this role you will own positioning, campaigns, and content, while leveraging AI as a core tool. Autonomy and hands-on execution define the day-to-day.

Qualifications

• Experience leading B2B marketing for enterprise buyers.
• Proven ability to build an engine before scalability.
• Designed and run account-based plays with measurable outcomes.
• Proficient in HubSpot for campaigns, landing pages, forms, and reporting.
• Writes well; comfortable reviewing others' writing.
• Uses AI in daily marketing work with tangible implementations.
• Keeps current with new capabilities and evaluates usefulness.
• Demonstrated people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive marketing strategy, planning, and execution across services.
• Lead account based marketing, inbound demand, and brand work.
• Manage content, thought leadership, and editorial calendar.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery to reflect real work in marketing.
• Build durable marketing processes with documented plays and reporting.
• Lead and develop the Marketing Manager and team.
