Accenture Strategy & Consulting seeks a senior leader to drive data-driven marketing analytics across MMM, CDP, and customer data platforms. You will shape and scale offerings, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with global clients to deliver measurable growth and performance improvements.

The role involves guiding executive-level engagements, defining strategies, and driving innovation through Agentic AI-enabled analytics workflows across marketing functions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in MMM, CDP, data engineering, and related consulting.
• Marketing domain experience is preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and senior client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive sponsorship and client relationships focused on MMM, CDP, and marketing measurement.
• Define and scale MMM and CDP offerings, accelerators, and global delivery capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end MMM programs across Bayesian/hierarchical and multiplicative modeling, adstock, saturation, attribution, and optimization.
• Integrate MMM with broader measurement frameworks to guide media investment and budget allocation.
• Design CDP strategy and implementation including data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and governance.
• Apply Agentic AI to enhance MMM, CDP, and marketing analytics workflows and automations.
