Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or economics.
• 5-7 years in accounts payable or financial operations.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and data analysis.
• Experience with market data providers is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary escalation point for market data issues and billing inquiries.
• Provide guidance to Analysts and Specialists on processes and best practices.
• Review complex transactions and finance activities before management review.
• Coordinate license administration, service provisioning, and subscription changes.
• Lead invoice reconciliation and vendor payment processes.
• Support chargeback governance, cost allocation, and reporting.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
