Manulife is seeking a Senior Specialist, Market Data Management to lead complex operational activities, drive service delivery excellence, and serve as a senior escalation point across global stakeholders. The role focuses on license administration, invoice management, chargeback governance, and continuous process improvements while maintaining strong controls and cross-region collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics.
• 5–7 years in Accounts Payable, vendor billing, financial operations, market data operations, or related fields.
• Experience with invoice reconciliation, vendor payments, chargeback administration, or financial ops.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and controls in corporate/financial services.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (PivotTables, Lookup, data analysis).
• Proficient MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Willing to work fixed night shift aligned to N.A. hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex market data issues, billing discrepancies, and stakeholder inquiries.
• Provide guidance and coaching on market data processes and best practices.
• Review complex transactions and financial activities for accuracy before management review.
• Support onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer for team members.
• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to resolve challenges and improve service delivery.
• Promote continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
