Manulife John Hancock is seeking a Senior Specialist, Market Data Management to lead complex operational activities across market data administration, invoicing, and chargeback governance. The role acts as a senior escalation point and drives service delivery improvements across regions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders in finance, procurement, and business units, ensuring accurate data, timely workflows, and strong operational controls while maintaining high service standards.

Responsabilités

• Operational Leadership and Escalation Management: Serve as the primary escalation point for complex market data operational issues, billing discrepancies, payment concerns, and stakeholder inquiries.
• License Administration and Service Management: Review and process market data requests including new subscriptions, transfers, relocations, entitlement changes, and terminations.
• Invoice Management, Vendor Payments, and Financial Administration: Lead the review, reconciliation, and resolution of complex market data invoices.
• Chargeback Administration and Cost Allocation: Support the administration and governance of market data chargeback activities across global business units.
• Inventory Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of market data subscriptions, users, devices, services, and associated cost centers.
• Process Improvement and Operational Transformation: Lead initiatives focused on automation, operational efficiency, service excellence, and process optimization.
