CAPP Industries, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Sales and Business Development professional to promote Jotun decorative paints and grow key accounts.

You will lead end-to-end sales activities, from presenting product solutions to managing after-sales support, and coordinate with logistics, production, and customer service to ensure orders are fulfilled. Strong relationship-building and market insight are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Promote and sell Jotun decorative paints and related products.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential accounts.
• Conduct product presentations and assist customers in selecting appropriate paint solutions.
• Monitor sales activities, quotations, orders, collections, and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitors and market developments.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and customer support.
• Prepare regular sales and activity reports.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Jotun paint products to existing and potential customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, including volume and revenue goals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, projects, and key accounts.
• Prepare and present sales quotations, proposals, and product solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients and project teams.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Conduct regular client visits, follow-ups, and account reviews.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, customer service, and production to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates.
• Support marketing initiatives, including product launches, training sessions, and events.
• Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
