Job summary

PPG Industries is seeking a strategic Marine Sales Leader in the Philippines to drive revenue and profitability through targeted account management, pricing optimization, and market development. You will lead global Marine strategies and promote premium coating solutions to key customers in the region.

You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital, manage AR, forecast demand, and improve inventory control, while expanding distribution and tender opportunities across Luzon

Qualifications

• BS Engineering (Mechanical/Marine) or degree in Accounting/Marketing/Business.
• 7 years related experience in Marine Coating industry.
• 10 years sales experience with minimum 5 years in managerial position.
• Established relationships with key marine customers is a plus.
• Ability to motivate and lead a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable growth and profitability through strategic customer management and pricing optimization.
• Improve working capital via AR management, forecasting, and inventory control.
• Promote premium coating solutions to drive value and growth.
• Expand shipmanagement portfolio and increase market reach in marine accounts.
• Develop tailored account plans and grow share of wallet across key customers.
