Energychem Industry, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Sales Engineer to drive our Marine & Power portfolio in the Philippines. You will serve as the primary technical advisor to the field sales force, aligning solutions with marine operations and power generation facilities.

The role emphasizes technical advocacy, site surveys, SOWs, cost estimates, and building long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and achievement of sales quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, marine, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• 1–2 years of technical sales experience in marine/shipping/power sectors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct site surveys and produce SOWs with Engineering & Service Team.

Responsibilities

• Technical Advocacy: articulate technology to decision-makers and resolve issues.
• Business Development: identify new accounts and maintain relationships with clients.
• Solution Engineering: conduct site surveys and produce Scope of Work (SOW) documentation with the Engineering & Service Team.
• Consultative Selling: analyze cost-benefit ratios and demonstrate value.
• Sales Execution: respond to RFPs/RFIs and coordinate projects across departments.
• Technical Support: provide pre-sales support and coordinate after-sales with the Technical Service Manager.
