Job summary

PPG Industries Philippines seeks a results-driven sales leader for Protective Coatings to drive growth across data centers, power, and government projects. You will build strategic relationships with architects, consultants, steel fabricators, and distributors, while expanding distribution channels in Luzon.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in sales, with 3 years in coatings, excellent analytical/communication skills, and proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering, accounting, marketing or business.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, incl. 3 years in coatings.
• Proven relationships with protective coatings customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications for reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market expansion for Protective Coatings in Luzon.
• Develop strategic relationships with architects, consultants, steel fabricators, contractors, distributors, and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities across infrastructure segments.
• Ensure 100% usage of Salesforce, Quotation Manager and other tools.
• Conduct Product and Technical Presentations to Clients.
