Job summary

Inkote Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Representative (Marine Protective Coatings) in Cebu to drive industrial and marine sales growth. This role targets field and B2B sales with commissions.

You will manage marine coatings products, conduct client visits, prepare quotations, and coordinate with technical teams to meet project requirements. A engineering degree and sales experience are preferred, with travel and fieldwork expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Marine, or related).
• Experience in sales, field sales, technical sales, or industrial sales is an advantage.
• Background in paint, coatings, construction materials, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Strong skills in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Results-driven with a strong desire to earn through commissions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• With valid driver’s license and can drive a 4-wheel vehicle.
• Willing to do fieldwork, site visits, and travel.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and close sales in marine, shipyard, construction, and industrial sectors
• Manage and grow B2B accounts and client relationships
• Promote and sell marine paints, protective coatings, and industrial coatings
• Conduct client visits, site inspections, and field sales activities
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project requirements
