Job summary

Collins Aerospace in the Philippines is seeking a Manufacturing/Test Engineer to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and establish robust test processes for new products. You will develop, validate, and maintain manufacturing test procedures to ensure design and customer requirement compliance while supporting production readiness prior to product launches.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline as listed.
Minimum 5 years in Manufacturing/Test/Process Engineering.
Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and product launches.
Familiarity with test data analysis and FPY improvements.
Knowledge of MES/ERP/MRP systems and production data tracking tools.
Strong problem-solving using RCA methods.
Ability to read engineering drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities

Support LAVS 3.0 NPD activities by establishing and validating test processes for new products.
Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing test procedures for design compliance.
Support production readiness with test equipment, processes and docs prior to product launch.
Collaborate with Engineering to translate requirements into test solutions.
Adhere to EHS practices and report hazards to ensure safety and wellbeing.
