Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, is hiring for a Manufacturing/Test Engineer onsite in the Philippines at First Philippine Industrial Park, Tanauan City. This role focuses on establishing robust test processes for new products and ensuring readiness before launches.

You will develop and maintain test procedures, collaborate with Engineering, and analyze test data to improve FPY while adhering to EH&S standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years in Manufacturing, Test, Product or Process Engineering.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) or deployments.
• Knowledge of manufacturing test processes, PLC, troubleshooting and validation.
• Experience analyzing test data, improving FPY and implementing corrective actions.
• Familiarity with MES, ERP/MRP and production data tracking tools.
• Strong problem solving using RCA tools (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone).
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications; MS Office proficient.

Responsibilities

• Support NPD activities by establishing and validating robust test processes for new products.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing test procedures to meet design and customer requirements.
• Support production readiness by ensuring test equipment, processes, and docs are ready before launch.
• Collaborate with Engineering to translate product requirements into test solutions.
• Adhere to EH&S practices across the site and report hazards.
