Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Test, Product, or Process Engineering.
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and product launches.
Responsibilities
- Support NPI by establishing and validating robust test processes for new products.
- Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing test procedures to ensure product compliance.
- Support production readiness by ensuring test equipment, processes, and documentation are available prior to product launch.
- Collaborate with Engineering to translate product requirements into effective test solutions.
- Adhere to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site.
