Job summary

Damac Properties in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Data Centre Project Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of complex data centre projects within scope, schedule and budget. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors and vendors, ensuring governance and documentation are robust.

You will drive risk management, progress reporting and continuous improvement, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience managing large-scale multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong planning, governance and document-control capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and MS Office suite; experience with SharePoint is aplus.
• Experience coordinating consultants, contractors and vendors.

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex data centre projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget.
• Develop project strategies, master schedules and execution plans.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors and vendors across multiple disciplines.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Manage project governance and document control throughout all phases of delivery.
• Act as a key interface between management, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, progress reviews and technical discussions.
• Monitor and communicate project progress, risks, issues and key deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, quality standards and industry best practice.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and KPIs covering project progress and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, reporting and document management processes.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience, with extensive experience managing large-scale, multidisciplinary projects within engineering, construction, infrastructure or oil & gas.
• Strong project planning, execution, stakeholder management and governance capabilities.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Advanced knowledge of document control processes, systems and project governance.
• Strong risk management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating within high-volume, fast-paced project environments.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, Microsoft SharePoint, Teams and MS Office, including advanced Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience with Documentum or similar document management platforms.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
Data Centre certification would be advantageous.
