Damac Properties seeks a senior project leader to plan, execute and deliver complex data centre projects in Laguna, Philippines. You will drive master schedules, manage multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to meet scope, schedule and budget.

You will oversee risk management, governance, and document control across all phases, producing dashboards and KPIs for management and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience managing large-scale multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong planning, execution, governance and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Advanced document control and project governance knowledge.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience, with extensive experience managing large-scale, multidisciplinary projects within engineering, construction, infrastructure or oil & gas.
• Strong project planning, execution, stakeholder management and governance capabilities.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Advanced knowledge of document control processes, systems and project governance.
• Strong risk management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating within high-volume, fast-paced project environments.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, Microsoft SharePoint, Teams and MS Office, including advanced Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience with Documentum or similar document management platforms.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.

Data Centre certification would be advantageous.
