Job summary

TalentVibe Business Consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of networking, data center, and HPC infrastructure projects in complex environments. You will collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery with safe practices.

The role requires strong planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination across IT, network, electrical, and facilities teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex infrastructure projects in data center and networking domains.
• Strong understanding of power infrastructure, electrical systems and capacity planning for data centers.
• Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of network, data center, HPC, and infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and handover.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with network, HPC, electrical/power, facilities, data center, and engineering teams.
• Manage projects involving core networking, data center networks, HPC deployments, connectivity, power infrastructure, and associated technology infrastructure.
• Drive project execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring dependencies between IT, network, electrical, and facilities teams are effectively managed.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, implementation plans, and status reports.
• Manage site readiness, infrastructure deployment, testing, commissioning, migration, and handover activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, engineering partners, and client teams throughout project delivery.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
• Lead project meetings, steering committees, technical discussions, and stakeholder updates.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in networking, data center infrastructure, HPC (High-Performance Computing) environments, and power infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of end-to-end project delivery, particularly within complex data center or technology infrastructure environments. About you

Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery, preferably involving complex or large-scale infrastructure deployments.

Demonstrated experience working with HPC environments and infrastructure setups.

Strong understanding of data center power infrastructure, including power distribution, electrical systems, capacity planning, and infrastructure readiness.

Strong technical understanding of core networking and data center technologies.

Experience coordinating across network, HPC, electrical/power, facilities, and data center engineering teams.

Strong vendor, contractor, and third-party management experience.

Proven ability to manage complex project dependencies, timelines, and delivery risks.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.

Singapore or APAC project delivery experience is preferred.
