Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise networking, infrastructure services, or network project delivery.
• 5+ years of experience leading network infrastructure projects in a global or regional environment.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Routing & Switching; TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, QoS; VPN and network redundancy; WAN/LAN/WLAN/SD-WAN/MPLS/Internet; data center and hybrid networks; network security and secure connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure projects covering WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Internet, MPLS, VPN, cloud connectivity, data center, and network security.
• Coordinate with Global Network Engineering, Network Operations, Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, Service Desk, and local IT teams.
• Plan and manage network cutovers and migrations with validated rollback plans and minimal business disruption.
• Lead technical governance meetings, project reviews, status reporting, and stakeholder discussions.

Network Technical Project Manager

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa

About the Role

We are looking for a Network Technical Project Manager to join its Infrastructure Shared Services Center. This role will lead the planning, governance, and delivery of global and regional network infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate is a senior network professional with strong enterprise networking expertise and project leadership experience, capable of translating technical requirements into project plans and coordinating technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure projects covering WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Internet, MPLS, VPN, cloud connectivity, data center, and network security.

• Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, changes, decisions, and escalations.

• Translate business and technical requirements into implementation plans, resource requirements, testing plans, and acceptance criteria.

• Review network designs, architecture standards, configurations, implementation procedures, migration plans, rollback procedures, and technical documentation.

• Coordinate with Global Network Engineering, Network Operations, Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, Service Desk, and local IT teams.

• Lead network migrations, technology refreshes, carrier migrations, office deployments, consolidations, and service-transition initiatives.

• Coordinate with telecommunications carriers, managed service providers, system integrators, and technology vendors.

• Ensure network implementations comply with architecture, cybersecurity, change management, documentation, and operational support requirements.

• Lead technical governance meetings, project reviews, status reporting, stakeholder discussions, and escalations.

• Plan and manage network cutovers and migrations while minimizing business disruption and ensuring validated rollback plans.

• Ensure monitoring, capacity, configuration, support documentation, and knowledge-transfer requirements are completed before project handover.

• Support technical evaluations, vendor selection, quotations, procurement, contracts, and budget forecasting.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on network reliability, scalability, security, visibility, and operational efficiency.

Technical Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise networking, infrastructure services, or network project delivery.

• 5+ years of experience leading network infrastructure projects in a global or regional environment.

• Strong understanding of:

  • Enterprise Routing & Switching

  • TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and QoS

  • VPN and network redundancy

  • WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, and Internet connectivity

  • Data center and hybrid network architectures

  • Network security, segmentation, firewall integration, and secure connectivity

• Experience with network transformation, technology refresh, carrier migration, office deployment, consolidation, or service-transition projects.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud connectivity.

• Experience with project planning, governance, risk management, change control, budget tracking, vendor management, and executive reporting.

• Knowledge of ITIL-based incident, problem, change, release, configuration, and service-transition processes.

• Strong technical documentation, stakeholder management, presentation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or multi-regional network environments.

• CCNP Enterprise or equivalent professional-level networking certification is preferred.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

• ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.

• Certifications in Cisco SD-WAN, Palo Alto, Azure, AWS, Wireless, Network Security, or Network Automation are an advantage.
