• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as customer’s primary point of contact and manage orders end-to-end.
• Monitor and follow up on order loading, processing, and delivery to ensure revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and SAP teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Travel up to 25% to locations outside the Philippines as needed.
• Provide AOG and after-hours support as required; adhere to policies and procedures.
