Job summary

Collins Aerospace in the Philippines seeks a Customer & Account Management professional to handle orders, RFQs, and customer inquiries. You will coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure accurate data flow and timely delivery information, while supporting payment processes and process improvements.

The role requires strong communication, data handling and problem-solving skills, with a preference for SAP experience and a background in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience resolving customer complaints and problems.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers and manage orders, RFQs and exceptions per terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely data flow and order status.
• Support customer delivery status inquiries and expedite requests as needed.
• Assist with timely payments from customers and monitor aging as applicable.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and train others as needed.
• Adhere to EHS practices and maintain ownership of responsibilities.
