You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Shipping, Engineering, and Quality teams, maintain open order records, and support continuous improvement to meet KPIs and drive superior customer experience.

• Generate Open Order Book reports and provide status updates.
• Meet or exceed customer service KPIs.
