Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and MS Office applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage order loading, processing and follow-up to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as primary customer contact and ensure prompt, courteous responses to requests.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, and SAP team to meet contractual obligations.
• Lead transformational projects across the globe, with travel up to 25% outside the Philippines.
