Job summary

RC Low Human Resource Consultancy OPC is seeking a Senior Manager – Business Excellence to lead strategic process improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence. The role requires a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and strong Revenue Cycle Management experience, with onsite work in Ortigas and a night shift schedule.

You will drive enterprise-wide continuous improvement, mentor Green Belts, and develop KPIs and dashboards to measure performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is required.
• Extensive experience in Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
• Strong background in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas on a night shift schedule.
