The role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in end-to-end Quality/Process Excellence, including Six Sigma Green Belt certification. The successful candidate will lead consulting assignments, support process improvement initiatives, and engage with clients while ensuring governance and profitability. Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach in transformational programs are essential for this role. This is an onsite position with night shifts and no fixed weekends off.

Qualifications

• Min 8 years in Quality/Process Excellence.
• Must have Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
• Proven experience in outsourcing/offshoring industry.
• Led Six Sigma and Lean projects.
• Experience in driving large transformational programs.
• Manage internal stakeholders and customers effectively.
