You will guide a small team, manage multi‑stakeholder relationships, and scale the career ecosystem across locations in India, with a focus on impact and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience leading a function or team.
• Strong project management with multiple priorities.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Willingness to be based in major Indian cities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Careers vertical end-to-end from sourcing to matching.
• Build and manage external partnerships and stakeholders.
• Oversee readiness journey for Fellowship and Alumni.
• Redesign Career Fair and create a year‑round platform.
• Coach team members and develop the talent pipeline.
