The role requires extensive experience in global university relations, campus recruitment, and talent strategy, with a track record of program leadership and stakeholder engagement. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in global university relations, campus recruitment, talent strategy, or higher education partnerships.
• Proven program management and stakeholder engagement experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop the global engagement strategy, roadmap, governance model, KPIs, and regional expansion plans.
• Build partnerships with universities, research institutes, academic leaders, and negotiate collaboration agreements.
• Design campus hiring, internships, fellowships, ambassador, scholarship, and graduate programs aligned to workforce needs.
• Drive AI research collaborations, innovation labs, hackathons, incubation programs, and faculty engagement.
• Develop partnerships for assessments, certifications, and curriculum-aligned learning initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams, monitor budgets, risks, milestones, and present executive updates.
